Where do I buy tickets for these offers?

What is included in the Trident Power Bundle?

Entry to the Lost World Aquarium plus a meal at our dining venues at The Avenues, for AED 175 per person.

How do I get the UAE Resident Rate?

Choose your preferred activity on the booking site and select “UAE Resident Rate” to reveal your special deal. Eligibility is set out in the booking terms.

How does the free Birthday Pass work?

Sign up before your birthday with your details and an Emirates ID (back side) or passport photo page. You receive a voucher that can be redeemed on your birthday or up to six days before or after it. You can also register your child.

Can I visit the waterpark and the aquarium on the same day?

Yes. The Waterpark + Aquarium Day Pass covers both on the same day, and the Season Pass and 7-Day Pass include the Lost World Aquarium too.

Do kids need supervision at the waterpark?

Yes. Adult supervision is required at the Waterpark, especially for kids under the age of 12.
